The staff is friendly, the menu is extensive, and the prices are great. Upon being seated, they provide a warm, moist towelette for cleaning your hands. In addition to a variety of specialty and traditional sushi options, there are also other Japanese dishes available if sushi is not your preference. View all feedback.
What Jeffery Friesen doesn't like about Ajisai Japanese Restaurant:
the salad and bread were very goodThe main dishes were ok but very very small portions I welcome small plates when they are priced accordingly. The main courses were priced between $40-$ 32 . View all feedback.
They were willing to make me general tso tofu when they had very little vegetarian dishes on the menu. It was good and spicy. Sushi was very good (sweet potato roll was great and spicy tuna was good) as well as some of the best miso soup I’ve had. The pad Thai was mediocre
We absolutely LOVE Ajisai....The food and the service is exceptional. Our waiter Alvin is AWESOME too!!! This is our favorite sushi restaurant in all of New York. The special rolls are mouth-wateringly delicious, especially the Lady Gaga, The Spiderman, and the Angry Dragon rolls. Plus you've gotta have the Bite Me Rice and Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno appetizers. Also, it's always so nice to walk in and have Alvin know exactly what we like to order....talk about great service! Can't wait to go back again.
Another Perfect evening at Ajisai. The BEST sushi in Manhattan. Awesome service and prices for exceptional food and drinks!!!
We had an amazing anniversary dinner tonight...Ajisai is without question the BEST Sushi in Manhattan! The food, drinks, service, ambience and price are all phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back!!!
Ajisai is always excellent, topnotch sushi, service, and value.
