The service was impeccable. The waiting staff has taken care of all our needs. They were friendly and very friendly. The food was excellent. I was amazed at the taste of the greens (I had them as a side), they were so tasteful. It was a surprise from a Mexican restaurant. They taste better than I had at some Soul Food restaurants. The only complaint was the guacamole, surprisingly, had no taste. I was disappointed. We had to add limes and jalapeno peppers. It helped a little so when you order it to tell them to make it spicy and make lime. Apart from that, it was a very pleasant dinner.

I went to brunch on Father's Day. The fried chicken, collar and maish potatoes were delicious. The staff was polite and the owner came out to tell us a few words. I told him that the culinary experience exceeded my expectations.

The food was delicious. Service was also very nice. The greeting at the door was very welcoming.

We had a great time at 107 West. The servers and the matre d'hotel and the owner were charming and so helpful. Food tends to high-end Mexican (not Tex-Mex- much better), but has other options. The large list of nightly specialties keeps the menu alive. It is good, solid delicious foods at relatively low prices. This is a popular neighborhood. We were there on Thursday night and the restaurant was full. Of course we'll be back.

We happened upon 107 West by chance as it was close to our hotel and open late, but we loved the food and atmosphere so much we would have gone back the next night if we'd had the chance. Everyone ordered a different kind of dish- filet mignon, pasta, and a sushi combo platter- and absolutely loved it. The dipping sauce with the chips at the start of the meal was also the best I'd ever had. It was a comfortable, welcoming, relaxed atmosphere with excellent food, very good prices, and friendly service. Would highly recommend to anyone in the general vicinity!
