Great breakfast and lunch, I am am amazed at the crowd, but the service is fast and the staff friendly, controlled chaos in its best. The catering is excellent. I am the owner of a nearby business and had sal and employees several events with a lot of 150 plus. The food is always delicious, comes in a lot of time, and the price is very reasonable. What User doesn't like about Matson's Deli Cafe:
You want to add $1 credit card fees to any transaction under a certain amount. I'm uncertain what it is, but I paid $14 for my meal and it came out to get a dollar more with this. Credit card transaction fees are generally 1-3 % of the costs for the provider. You make money from all for using your credit card. Scammers. View all feedback.
Their Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches are excellent. One thing I really like is that the bread and rolls are always soft and fresh, probably because they sell so many that they never last on the shelf very long. The only challenge is that there is almost always a wait at lunchtime, so I would call ahead to place a lunch order. Don 't worry though... It 's worth the wait! Great staff! Great deli!

Best food in the city and better than any restaurant I been to in the city.
I won a gift certification for this Deli, and now it has become a must stop when ever we are in the area. Cuban Sandwiches are perfect. Pulled pork is just yum and so tender. Friendly staff and environment, reasonably priced and everything is fresh and delicious
