The customer service here is outstanding. The food is consistently fresh and beautifully presented. I’ve never had a negative experience at this location. The staff are always friendly and amiable. I've been coming here for smoothies for the past few years, but lately, they've been quite disappointing. It's really frustrating, especially since I'm paying nearly $10 for them. View all feedback.
I really hate leaving negative reviews but everything was sub par. The dressing was WAY too sweet and weirdly thick, just straight out of a cheap premade bottle. The olives tasted like rubber, gross. I only ate one bite and couldn't eat any more. If you actually like salads like I do, do not order from here!
The tuna blt wrap was really gross, and im disappointed bc I love this place. Wrap was very mushy and soggy. The creamsicle smoothie was fire
Service here is disgusting. The employees have horrible attitudes. It wasn't like this a year ago. I will not be coming back.
I was really excited to Get the two different bowls that I had ordered one had pineapple coconut, and a coconut base with banana and then the other bowl Was the Nutter butter bowl With a bunch of add-ons. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have received a bowl that was drowning in base. I’m really disappointed. I was really looking forward to eating this healthy snack after my work out and it’s just completely soaked in the pitsya base. I’m usually able to leave notes when I check out at checkout and This particular time I was unable to for some reason. I really was hoping that somebody would reach out to me to try to fix this problem since I ordered through Uber Eats and it’s super expensive with all of the charges and service fees and delivery charges and of course I always tip the drivers 20% because I know that nobody else is taking care of them! I would just appreciate if someone could reach out to me to hopefully resolve this issue and then I can reevaluate my review and edit it. I tried to call, but there is no way for a customer to leave a voicemail unfortunately. DoorDash is expensive and was just looking for someone to make the situation right since I order twice a week. don’t get me wrong. I love the bowls from here…. but they are normally presented much better and are not drowning in the base!
The smoothies and bowls are good but I got a chicken Cesar wrap and it was HORRIFIC! They put the chicken in the wrap while it was still hot and that caused the lettuce to be hot and wilted. I don’t know about you but I don’t enjoy eating hot lettuce
