However, this morning I was informed that I can no longer place my order over the phone an... read more I typically order a Very Green juice every morning on my way to work. However, this morning I was informed that I can no longer place my order over the phone and must use the app instead. This change is quite inconvenient for me, especially since the staff member I spoke with mentioned that it was inconvenient for me to call in my order! I’ve never encountered a business that doesn't allow phone orders. Some customers struggle with using apps, and it’s disappointing because I usually speak with a guy who not only takes my order but also remembers my preferences. He has everything ready for me, and I can be on my way quickly—it's never felt like an inconvenience before. While my daily spending of around $10 (often close to $20) may not be significant to the company, I've decided I won't bother them with my business any longer. Interestingly, it was only 7:30 in the morning, and the place didn’t seem busy at all, so they could have easily taken a phone call.

The toast was as hard as a rock. The avocado was not ripe at all and it was massive chunks like I was biting into rocks. It was so hard. $9 for this and didn't even eat it :

This is was my first time going to their new location, which was decorated pretty nice and spacious with some outdoor seating as well. I've been to some really good acai bowl spots in my travels and this one is just average. The acai was still a bit frozen but the fruit was all ripe this time as it's sometimes not. The place could be cleaner... which was a little disappointing especially because they just opened up this new location. So even though I only have 3 stars I'll be coming back here when I get that acai bowl craving until another restaurant comes along and does it better

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is well-maintained, and the music enhances the atmosphere. I highly recommend the spinach shake; it's my absolute favorite! Although I've enjoyed most of the shakes I've tried, I always return to my beloved spinach shake.
