eating was just what they want for a vegan pizza. and eating in this restaurant was nothing short of an amazing time because our server was not at all pressing to leave us, he encouraged us to stay and play board games. washroom was spotless everything was clean and server very friendly. I don't know how I feel about the restriction of 5 stars on non- vegan restaurants. I have no vegan friends, so if it wasn't for th... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizzeria Ludica:
I came here a few weeks ago, beautiful little place! The cheese breadsticks were great! All drinks were okay, and the atmosphere was really great, although our table was shady, which made it hard to play games. The waitress was really nice, but as it was so busy, they hardly came back to our table to check if we needed anything else! View all feedback.
I visited this restaurant for the first time for a friend's birthday and was impressed by the atmosphere. The restaurant had a wide selection of games on the walls, making it perfect for a party as you wait for your food. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our large order was prepared just the way we wanted. The food was delicious, particularly the freshly made pizza. Although slightly on the pricier side, the quality was worth it in comparison to other highly rated pizza places in Port Moody. The parking was easy to find outside the building, which is a bonus in an area where all parking is pay-per-use. Additionally, I appreciated the presence of a changing table in the bathroom, showing the restaurant's attention to small details and inclusivity. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning soon for another tasty pizza.
I enjoyed the pizza at this restaurant, although it wasn't quite Neapolitan style, it was delicious and surprisingly spicy. The tiramisu for dessert was a bit disappointing, as it was drier and less fresh than previous visits. The small wine selection was adequate, with a few drinkable options available. I recommend adding a dry medium sweet Riesling to the menu. The seating was a bit dark and could use more lighting, particularly at the table reserved for pickup orders. The service was friendly but not super fast, and the water served was room temperature - it would be nice to have the option for ice. Overall, a good experience with a few suggestions for improvement.
This restaurant is a fun spot to enjoy games and delicious food. They offer a wide variety of board games, perfect for trying something new or sticking to a classic favorite. The staff is very friendly and willing to help teach you how to play games. They also make excellent recommendations. I particularly enjoyed the creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta, and their pizza has a more Italian flair than American.
We dropped our chicken pizza in a cup of water twice during a game of ticket to ride. Despite it getting watered down, the chicken pizza was still fire. The board game collection is pretty huge. There's something there for everyone, but you can't expect a pizza place to have games in pristine condition. Also, the food is good but inconsistent. You'll get a fire pizza one time, but the second time, it'll be a bit burnt and taste different; it will still be good, though.
Pizzas were good, bee sting was a very unique pizza and it tasted great.Staff was very friendly and came back very consistently to refill water.Liked the board game aspect and we didn't have any issues with missing pieces (that would affect the game).
