Sullen service, cold food, no replacement offered, chilaquiles from the previous day heated in the microwave and nothing offered to make up for the fact that my husband's food was inedible. The people there didnt seem to care and we were very disappointed. Nothing authenticity Mexican about our meals and I lived in Mexico for 5 years (and my husband is Mexican) so I have some idea of what I am talking about.Ole ole i... View all feedback. read moreOle Ole in New West offers a mix of experiences, with some customers dissatisfied with cold food and sullen service while others praise the fantastic, authentic food and charming owner. Despite lacking in ambiance, the restaurant serves delightful, non-cliché Mexican meals at reasonable prices. Customers recommend trying the tamales, carnitas, chorizo nachos, and saving room for the mind-blowing flan. The warm, friendly atmosphere and constantly changing specials provide a unique dining experience, akin to enjoying a meal at a friend's house. While not ideal for those seeking upscale service or alcohol, Ole Ole delivers excellent, traditional Mexican cuisine.
