How do I begin how do I explain palate pleasing explosive experience. Delius pigeon starter on a bed of red cabbage. Followed by Monkfish so tender melted in my mouth. Seasonal veg served in its own copper pot. My dessert an amazing soufflé finished my meal perfectly. Beef, rabbit venison, foie gras. The Veggie option, potato meadowsweet noodle dish was awful, it was supposed to be served with parsnip chips. Tom, the waiter, said he saw the chef putting them on but despite dissecting it in front of him, we found none. He consequently fetched some from the kitchen. The customer is always right Tom.
