What nahesha brown doesn't like about Carvel Express:
Worst carvel in town.. I went there and they had only 3 choice of ice cream and the server couldn?t understand English well. After my mom and I decide to go with the softee ice cream it was spoil so we had to toss it. View all feedback.

Says their open until 11, but they closed an hour before. Unbelievable and the guy saw me too bur didn't give me service.
