Was there last night for dessert before seeing a movie. Our server Danielle was amazing. She was busy and seemed to be doing the job of three people but was so attentive and professional and didn't let anything get her frazzled including one of her nasty co workers behind the bar giving her a hard time. She went out of her way to make our visit very pleasant. Would definitely go back when she is working. View all feedback.
What Llewellyn Terry doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
They were not staffed well. We asked for our check 4 times and to go containers6 or 7 times. We finally had to walk over to the bar and get the containers ourselves and our food order was not sent in completion. Applebee's had to readjust our check 3 times because they were charging us for food that we never received.Waitress was the only person on the floor doing work. I can't give a rating for the food because we never had the chance to order. My dad and I went there for lunch and were seated within five minutes. However, we were never greeted by our waiter. It took ten minutes for someone to come by and remove our empty plates, but we weren't even offered water. We ended up waiting there for about fifty minutes before we decided to leave.
This restaurant offers an excellent dining experience, especially given that there are only a few employees. The manager is actively involved in the service, which adds to the overall experience. It's not overcrowded, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Definitely worth a visit! Food: 5/5.
My partner, a veteran, visited the restaurant today, 11/11/22, and unfortunately, he had to wait 45 minutes for his meal. When it finally arrived, the burger was undercooked, and the fries were cold. There were only 12 guests in the restaurant at the time. I understand it's supposed to be a complimentary meal, but veterans have served this country, and they deserve our respect. It's important to honor them properly.
My waiter called me a **** and took a bite out of my burger.
Sorely dissapointed ordered Orientals salad the crispy chicken was shriveled up and the salad dressing had pieces of lettuce inside. What's happening with quality service and care $35.00 for terrible service... it was takeout the Bartender displayed professional and friendly attitude while i waited for my food... Applebee's check your stafff. This is not good especially while covid looms in the back of all our minds.
