Long John Silver's - New Philadelphia

I'm so happy that they have reopened. They were closed during Covid for a while and I think they had trouble finding workers like many other places did. I missed them while they were closed! Since they reopened, I have been back several times. The food is good and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and generally do a good job. However, since reopening, they have reduced their hours. They now close at 8pm most evenings, whereas before they closed at 10pm. If you're looking for a quick seafood meal, give them a try! Everything seems to be good quality for the price, especially when using coupons.

I enjoy Long John Silver's, but in the new Philadelphia, Ohio location, they seem to cook fish and chicken together. It's hard to distinguish between the two because they taste exactly the same. It's disappointing when chicken ends up tasting like fish.

I recently visited this restaurant twice in the last two weeks, and both times they got my order wrong. I asked for three pieces of chicken and fries with hush puppies, but they gave me fish instead. It shouldn't be that difficult to get the order right. The first time, I only wanted three pieces of fish and fries, but they just gave me fries with the meal.

The garnels were good, but a little greasy. do not wait. faster service.

Wish they would keep the lobster bites forever instead of only bringing it around once every 7 years
