The atmosphere was fantastic. I’ve passed by this place countless times, always wondering whether it was a bar or a restaurant. It’s definitely a restaurant. While it does have a bar, it’s similar to what you’d find at Applebee’s or other similar eateries. The staff was courteous and professional, and we brought our two youngest kids along, who absolutely loved it. View all feedback.

Come here few times a month for the tower an the wings are my favorite we get half one sause an other half a different sauce have Ben getting it that way for last 6 months or so well now can’t do that when it’s half traditional an half boneless an not even cook together so just lost my business won’t be back such an dumb rule View all feedback.
Very nice. attentive server and good food. I had baked half a plate rib combo with Brisket Coleslaw and beans. My wife had the New Orleans Burger. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasteful. Will definitely return to this place. 6-26-22 Update Essen is still fantastic! Big ribs, brisket, burger, Mexican beer!
Great hog sandwich! My husband and I shared one, the special, and the picture shows less than half, so it was more than plenty for both of us! Our waitress was also super friendly!
Everything BBQ. Stopped for lunch with coworkers after a business presentation. Super waitress, had brisket sandwich with sweet potatoes and diet Pepsi. Sandwich was on a fairly plain hamburger bun like from the grocery store. Sweet potatoes were cut into chunks and were very soft. Overall good food but small portions for the cost.
9 of us, everyone enjoyed their meals! Everything was delicious! Had a great waitress. if we're ever back in the area, definitely will make another visit!
Great fall off the bone ribs. Loved the sauce. Great IPA draft beer.
