The service was slow. We arrived at 9:20 and they close at ten. The fries were cold. The person who took our order appeared to be a manager and looked like he was having a really bad day. There was no smile. "Service with a smile" is a well-known saying. Ironically, we were there with a free card from a previous bad experience at a different Arby's location. I wasn't impressed, but at least they had fried beef. View all feedback.
What Tony Eckert doesn't like about Arby's:
Before leaving, make sure to check your takeout bag. There have been multiple instances where items like fries and mozzarella sticks were left out. Update #1: Fries were forgotten again on 5/5. Update #2: Ordered a French dip sandwich with curly fries, but received a chicken sandwich with a different type of fries. This will be my last visit here. Be cautious when ordering. If I could give 0 stars, I would have it. During the ordering on the redner waited for 20 minutes because the girl was so slow and then I ordered my first article with more to order and she said: "okay your total is blah" I said: "I was not finished ordering" then got our food and everything was so stony and old. much better not have eaten anything than to taste your bad food.
I always get a large vanilla milkshake. I have yet to ever get one at this location. I am always told that the machine is broken or turned off for the night.
Ugh went through drive through was the only one there I waited 20 minutes for my order I ordered 7 big beef and cheddar 3 fries 2 macaroni and cheese got home to serve my family was short 1 sandwich barely any meet on sanwhiches Macoroni and cheese was nasty if it was good 2 bites you would be done 3.00 really fries definitely not much fries in each one if you put all of them into one they would only be 5 fries left to fill the others and cold and hard well there went our dinner wish we would of went to other Arbys location that’s for sure
I have not had a single positive experience at this Arby's since its grand opening. They are slow, continuously fail to get orders correct, and now they're closed at 8:30pm for holiday hours (Xmas is still a week away...)If the one on Broadway wasn't only taking cash, I wouldn't have even given this location a chance tonight...Whoever owns these chains needs to sell. Immediately.
Twenty five minutes in drive thru hopefully the food is good if not complaining about it.
