I stumbled in from the cold, feeling tired and hungry, but left feeling revitalized and warm. The friendly staff helped me navigate the menu during my first visit. I tried a lunch special, and the prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich is something I will definitely order again. It bursts with fresh flavors from the very first bite. I do regret not trying the sweet spinach salad, so I’ll have to come back for that! Thank... View all feedback.
What JD doesn't like about Theo's Neighborhood Pizza:
Usually Theo’s is on fire. But not last night. Both of our pizzas were really undercooked. I understand that it was a busy night, but please don’t sacrifice quality to pump out quantity! View all feedback.
I stepped in from the cold, feeling tired and hungry, and left feeling reenergized and warm. The friendly staff helped me navigate the menu for my first visit. I ordered the lunch special, and let me tell you, the prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich is definitely worth ordering again. It hits you with fresh flavors right from the first bite. I'm kicking myself for not trying the sweet spinach salad as well. I will definitely be back! Thank you!
The Hummus Harvest pizza was a delightful change of pace! There were plenty of intriguing and delicious specialty pizzas to choose from. The watermelon salad was particularly flavorful and made a great side dish.
The chicken bacon pesto sandwich is absolutely delicious! You really can’t go wrong with a pizza either!
I absolutely love Theo's Pizza! It's probably my favorite pizza spot in the area. The thin, crispy crust always makes me a happy eater. I really enjoy the wide variety of unique combinations they offer. Two of my favorites are the Eccentric and the Spicy Mexican, but I usually go for the Hippy with either chicken or meatballs added. I always order a side of their delicious marinara sauce to dip my crust in; even though it’s often unnecessary, I adore the sauce and sometimes just drink it! I also really love their ice, as it pairs wonderfully with their iced tea—I'm convinced it's the best ice in New Orleans, and I'm curious about the machine that makes it because I want one for myself! They also have great beer and wine specials. While their sandwiches are quite tasty, they might be a little overpriced for their portion size. The salads are consistently good too. I've heard some negative feedback from friends about the Canal Street location, particularly regarding undercooked crust, but I’ve never encountered any issues at the Magazine Street location. Unfortunately, due to some changes made during the pandemic that I can't support, I've chosen to stop eating here. The staff was super friendly and the pizza was delicious!
