The food and service were outstanding. Our group of five, each with different tastes, found menu options that were wonderfully and skillfully prepared. Everyone in our party was thoroughly satisfied. Our server, Alvin, was attentive and present throughout our meal. We will definitely be adding this restaurant to our list of places to revisit. View all feedback.

Had dinner here Saturday night. We did not have masks with us and were asked to put one on as we entered the restaurant. We were told we could purchase 3 for $1.00 per mask. These were regular disposable masks that come in bulk. At $1.00 a piece that is very over priced ESPECIALLY when factoring in what we spent on our meal! Among other items, we ordered 2 steaks and a veal entree. Both steaks were ordered medium rare, but one had to be sent back because it was RARE, (blood red and cold in the middle). By the time it came back out, 2 of us were almost finished our meal. The overall quality of the meal was mediocre, nothing that really wowed us. Took one star off for the overpriced masks that we had to buy to enter the restaurant, and took 2 stars off for the quality of the meal itself.
If you 're a regular, I suppose it 's a pretty nice place. I 'm sure the food is probably good. And the hours till mean they close whenever it dies down. I would never driven out of the heart of town to this place, having known what now know. My first impression is the lack of customer service. My first impression was the nonchalant, borderline rude hostess. Also, don 't go by the menu on Google, nor the menu on their website even. Even the 6oz. Filet was almost $40 and that doesn 't include anything sides. If you 're going to pay that price, may as well go to Ruth 's Chris Steakhouse where the customer service is better. They clearly didn 't care if anyone ate there or not. They can have it.
At 8:50pm one night recently, we walked into this restaurant for the first time. We were greeted by a hostess with they ain 't serving anymore as she played with makeup in the wall mirror by the entrance. To which I responded, Online says you close at 10pm . The hostess responded with a laugh and that their website hasn 't been updated in forever. Not sure how she could have been proud about that, but as another reviewer has mentioned, they take care of their regulars, and that did not describe us. As a Lakeview resident, I was pretty disappointed in the service of this neighborhood restaurant. I recommend you respect new faces that walk in the door because your regulars won 't pay your bills forever.
