Smoothie King - New Orleans

The location is within walking distance from my home. It allows for some exercise and the reward is a smoothie. The store is not very large so they allowed only 5 customers in at a time. The workers moved quickly to service the customers and the drinks were very good. Only issue was that I could not use a gift card while trying to order online. Possibly I did not see that option when time to pay.

I live in New Orleans East and would like to continue supporting this business, but the smoothies are too watery. Every time I have gone to try them, I have been disappointed. Today, I ordered a strawberry super power smoothie with extra peanut butter, but the young man preparing it did not follow my request. Despite asking for no ice, he added more of everything, resulting in a watery smoothie. I feel that the owner lacks control over the business, as the employees do not seem enthusiastic. I am disappointed in the customer service and do not see this business lasting long if changes are not made. I am frustrated that I have to drive to Metairie for a satisfying smoothie experience, as Smoothie King has let me down once again.

I absolutely adore the location of this restaurant. As a resident of Kansas City, I was thrilled to discover that the business is based in New Orleans. Being a regular customer, I appreciate the convenience of this location being close to my gym. My favorite drink is the Fit & Trim chocolate with almond milk, which I highly recommend if you're looking to lose weight. The company offers excellent products and I would love to see CBD options for smoothies in the future.

I patiently waited outside on a chilly day for my turn to enter the restaurant. Once inside, I placed my order and waited a long time for it to be ready. There was a mix-up with my name and the wrong name was called earlier. The smoothies were tasty. The young man working in the lobby was friendly, but he kept the same gloves on while touching door knobs, the tops of people's cups, and making deliveries to cars. I would recommend that the staff remove their gloves and wash or sanitize their hands frequently. Not changing gloves can lead to the spread of more germs.

I absolutely adore this Smoothie King. The staff provides exceptional customer service and my smoothie is always made exactly how I like it.
