Rally's - New Orleans

Upon receiving my receipt, I noticed it only showed the total amount without a detailed breakdown. After pulling up to check my food, I found that it wasn’t put together well, though it looked acceptable. However, I realized that my burger was missing BBQ sauce. When I returned to inform them, they simply handed me a packet of BBQ sauce, which was not the response I was hoping for. Once I got home and tasted the food, I regretted my purchase. Rally's usually has the best fries, but that night they missed the mark. Instead of being crispy, the fries were floppy, which was really disappointing. I ended up wasting $21.10 because the food didn’t taste like the Rally's I know and love. At least they wished me a good day, but unfortunately, that didn’t make up for the subpar experience.

We had to repeat our simple order at least five times to the same person before it was finally placed. While the food was good, the packaging was lacking. Additionally, we experienced a long wait.

I don't know what everyone is talking about—Rally's is amazing! The service is quick, and the food is delicious. When they have that other girl who sounds like a robot taking orders, the food takes forever, and they get the orders wrong. But overall, Rally's is definitely the place to go!

This was the best Rally's I've been to anywhere. It was late night so, it took longer than normal. But the employees were so nice and helpful the wait didn't matter. All the food was hot and fresh. Some of the best customer service I've ever had. Great job!!!!!

This is truly the best restaurant I've ever been to. The food is absolutely delicious and delightful. It has the power to lift anyone's spirits with its amazing flavors. Every penny spent here is worth it, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
