I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered food through the drive-thru, and when I started eating the fries, they were way too small! I couldn't even eat them. I called the restaurant to let them know about the issue, but they were very rude, and the call ended abruptly when I asked to speak with a manager. This was my first visit ever to this chain and this location didn't leave me with the best impression. Very limited seating and it was kind of dirty inside.The chicken was pretty good but a couple of my pieces were still very greasy like they hadn't been cooked all the way. Also, if you're going to charge extra for sauce which is a joke in its own right, at least fill the lousy cups all the way up.
Very friendly staff. Food was great, I've never had it before and it was better than I expected. I loved the atmosphere. Very busy area, so it was kind of a pain to get in and out of, but other than that, it was great!
