Papa Johns Pizza - New Orleans

I had a short service experience with this restaurant. I waited for 2 hours only to be told that my order was cancelled. They finally re-ordered my food after another hour and a half, but it still hadn't arrived. I had to ask for a refund. Needless to say, I am no longer a fan of Papa John's.

I would rate this restaurant negatively with 1 star, as I had to give a star to leave a comment. I was at Papa John's on Tulane Avenue. I ordered two Papadias with extra banana peppers. When I received my order, I inquired about the peppers and was told they were in the kitchen. I had to call the store because the manager forgot to include the peppers. I had to waste gas to go back and pick them up, and the manager only gave me two instead of what I had ordered. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing. I would recommend trying a different Papa John's location on Tulane Avenue. Please take this into consideration.

I highly recommend Papa John's. Adam provided excellent service and the food was delicious!

Service was phenomenal, but the Jalapeño-Poppers taste like a hasscriminality. it is really regrettable that a child fave so go. it makes it easier to stop the support of problematic pizza.

Papa John's Pizza on Tulane provided polite service for my carryout order, in an extremely clean pizza kitchen.I ordered the stuffed jalapeños and had a free chocolate chip cookie via my Papa John's account.I do recommend this location on Tulane and will be ordering from here again.
