Kajun's Pub - New Orleans

While not my typical choice for a bar, I'm glad I now know about this place. It reminds me of many bars in New Orleans, with a familiar feel to it, especially the patio. Even though I'm not a fan of karaoke, I found myself at a bar that only offers karaoke, thanks to being the designated driver for a friend's birthday celebration. Despite my reservations, I had a great time. The regulars got the party started early and really got into it as more people joined in. There were some memorable performances, from solo Linkin Park to the DJ and bouncer performing WAP, to a cowboy singing Radiohead. We enjoyed some classic NOLA bar food and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It had been a while since I spent time on St. Claude Avenue, but it seems to be revitalizing with bars, restaurants, and shops worth checking out nearby. Overall, it was a fun night with great company.

The atmosphere at this restaurant was amazing. My girlfriend, who has cerebral palsy, and I had a fantastic time. Kay-B was an incredible person and created a welcoming vibe for us. She made us feel accepted and comfortable. The service was exceptional with no issues at all. Although it is rated 4.2 stars, I believe they deserve a chance because after living here for two years and only visiting once, I finally found a place where I can relax and have a great time. Thank you, Kay-B! Even my neighbor, who works there, has been wonderful to us. I highly recommend giving this place a try and having a fun time. My friends and I were visiting the city and decided to stop by this restaurant on a Sunday night around 7pm. The place was nearly empty, so we had the place mostly to ourselves for a few hours. The atmosphere was amazing. One of the bartenders was really friendly and interacted with us as we embraced the Sad Boy Sunday theme. As the night went on, it started to get busier with some talented singers, but most people were just having a great time singing along. I have never been to a karaoke bar where you could adjust the key of the songs, which was really helpful! I would definitely return to this place.

A fun and raucous dive joint where locals can be found belting out a range of Disney classic any night of the week! Also features regular food pop ups of some of the best food you will ever eat from Sweet's Meats! Affordable drink prices, local atmosphere, great Karaoke setup. Highly recommend.

Fun place to Karaoke. Gets pretty busy, so be prepared to wait to sing. Sound could be a little better. Nice that you can sing whatever you want, not like Cat's Meow.
