The service at this restaurant is outstanding. I’ve never had a meal here that I regretted. If you’re a meat lover, I highly recommend the nativity dish—you won’t find anything better. They also have live music on weekends, so if you’d like to have a conversation with your dining companions, it’s best to request a table away from the bar, as it can be almost impossible to talk while the band is playing. The Thai noodle grilled chicken salad is so delicious! Also, my wife is totally hung up on the sashimi tuna salad option...it is the only thing she has ordered here in the last 4-5 years. The wine pours are incredibly generous and the daily soup choices add a really nice variety to dining here. View all feedback.
The quality of the food was disappointing, and they got my wife's order wrong.
We were not disappointed at all. This restaurant continues to be one of my favorites, and it hasn't lost its charm. The Hawaiian steak was absolutely delicious!
Always enjoy Houston's and happy that they take reservations now. They were very accommodating for our seating preferences. While it was just my daughter and I having a lovely outing, our server Amber was so friendly and attentive. Salad was excellent, all the way down to the tomatoes, and our French dip was great. Love those shoestring French fries, as well. Had a lovely bottle of wine from their nice selection. Just a superb relaxing experience.

Nothing special. Just an average, every day restaurant but not what I was expecting in new Orleans.
