High Hat - New Orleans

WOW! What a happening place. Treat yourself to the Fizzy Apricot Punch. (There's magic in it, I swear. The BBQ Bacon Burger will make you cry out in joy. (Tell them to put the bun on the side to serve...it's SO juicy with flavor The Vegetable Plate with Cornbread is like a homecoming. Everything was delicious, service was da bomb, and I can't wait to come back. Next time I'm tryin' one of those desserts!

Once again, I've returned to this spot for the fifth time, as it offers my favorite reasonably priced Po' Boy in the Uptown area of New Orleans. I ordered the fried oyster Po' Boy, along with a refreshing ginger-rosemary infused lemonade.

The food is absolutely delicious! The only downside was that the waitress was just average, which is why I rated it 4 stars. I visited with a friend on a Saturday around 1 p.m. and the place was busy, but we were seated within 5 minutes. However, outside seating had a much longer wait, as there were only about 5 or 6 tables available. The grits were incredibly fresh! I highly recommend this restaurant!

The best burgers we've had in ages! They’re definitely my favorite! The drinks were also strong, which is always a nice bonus!

Two weeks later, I can't stop thinking about the food! We were in town from Brazil for a day, and my husband's favorite burger place was closed...
