Dixie Chicken Ribs - New Orleans

I had a surprising situation with Dixie Chicken and Ribs on 8/25/22. I sat where I could see the waitress coming out of the kitchen with the food. I am very upset about what I experienced and I went to this restaurant for years, but after last night I will not go back; they do not serve all their customers the same.

Good food, terrible customer service. You may need to end a personal call before taking your order. It won't come back.

This place was suggested by my girlfriend and I'm so glad she did. I see why chicken is in the name of the restaurant. Hot, juicy and well seasoned. I have had great chicken in my time and this ranks right up there as one of the best. Small, quaint and a friendly staff made for a great eating experience.

I ordered a chicken rib bomb that messed up the order and accused me for 2 combos that total over $35. The food wasn't good. Popeyes had better chicken. Never come back.

I ordered the Chicken and Ribs w/ cabbage and corn on the cob. The ribs and cabbage was delicious. The chicken is cooked to order so it comes out hot; could use a bit more seasoning but good. Fast and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this place.
