Applebee's Grill - New Orleans

The experience was disappointing; the steak was old and had a black interior. However, the waitress was very understanding.

As a former employee, I can say that this restaurant is budget-friendly, so it's important to manage your expectations regarding the ingredients since it's part of a chain and doesn’t involve much fresh preparation. However, you can still have a really enjoyable experience here. The management team does a good job of attracting a decent service staff, and they are generally fast and efficient. Don’t come expecting gourmet dishes like perfectly cooked salmon or steaks, but do take the time to enjoy the delicious and affordable boneless wings and tasty burgers—just remember that they come from a freezer and are simply heated up. If you’re looking for a casual dining experience, this place delivers.

The service was slow. I ordered medium rare steak with brokkoli and kartoffeln. the steak was not properly cooked. it was swollen and dark purple. (it was frozen and they put it in the microwave and put it on the grill for the look). the broccoli was boiled. my friends steak was not cooked properly. (her steak was so tough to cut)She had the same side. the manager was not friendly and changed for any other little ding he could. a small cup cheese and the A-1 sauce, drinks and appetizer. Surprisingly, we were not accused of using the cutlery. this is the worst applebee in the Orléans farm. jefferson parish is best. they didn't even have an eating time, unusual for Friday night in new orleans. we thought we had terrible experiences. I would recommend to go after jefferson parish, 3 applebees stand and the trip worth. vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian, I know I have seen vegetarian meals on the menu. parking: large area, parking space in front of the door. Accessibility: ramphandicap bathroom

The service was excellent. However, I wish they would cook their steaks a bit differently. I ordered mine medium well, but it came out rare, which was disappointing. I don't want to see my steak almost still breathing on my plate! On a positive note, there was plenty of parking available, and it was easy to access.

Order was fresh and sizzling hot.. Customer service was definitely great....highly recommend for anyone whom goes there.
