Starbucks - New Orleans Louisiana

Never go to this Starbucks 45 minutes before they close. Stephanie was really rude on the speaker. Once I came to the window she was even more rude and condescending. I know you want to go home but please don't take out on the customer!

On December 10 around 6:30pm. I was standing alone at the counter ready to order, the employees (two ladies, especially the shorter ladies at front) saw me but none of them helped me with my order. I was standing there for almost 10 minutes, the employees just pretended that don't exist. Throughout the entire 10 minute of standing, I went from waiting patiently to looking at everyone else in shock, to complete embarrassment, anger and confusion. but they just kept on ignoring. Some of the employees came up and had eye contact with me and continued to ignore me. It's incredibly rude and I just didn't understand why. At least they could have taken my order first and I can wait as long as they need for my order. This blatant and prolonged disregard made me feel insulted.Eventually there was a red-haired guy that helped me with ordering. While I hadn't even gotten over my shockness, he had this look of annoyance and impatience the entire time.

Guy at drive thru ignored me it took 15 mins just to get thru the drive thru at 5:45 am will find a different location from now

First time to try hot breakfast as my lunch but not really my favorite.

This place is clean and employees are nice and polite . I strongly recommend it ?? (I love how the restrooms are clean). Thanks for getting my order right.
