Been coming to this Sbarro since I was a kid at the Arcadia mall. The service is great and the food is consistent. Love their Pizza slices and Baked Ziti pasta. Their Slice society rewards program offers good deals as well. View all feedback.
What VIRTUOUS ONE doesn't like about Sbarro:
BEWARE!!On 2-3-24 between 7:15 7:28P after choosing pizzathe only female assisting me grossly! began SCRATCHING! her hair and wiping her face! Then continued! to handle food WITHOUT! WASHING her hands! After seeing this UNSANITARY!! practice! I lost my appetite and asked for a refund! As she saw how disgusted I got as I noticed all this. Just too expensive. It’s not in any way worth it. Also 1 dollar per refill of any drink.
I left without consuming due to the rudeness and bad treatment of Jackelin the cashier. lousy
Ordered the pepperoni, bacon, and ham calzone, it was 85% bread!Do not get it! I have had it before on many occasions, and it is usually great. Must be under some kind of new management, or times are tough...
Bad customer service. They often messed up my orders and overcharged me.
Great pizza. This here pic, is of a mushroom and spinach pizza. Kid friendly environment, traffic everywhere. Take it to-go if u want. Do not do delivery ! Save your disappointment. This pizza is mainly for people who want a quick and cheap bite. Nothing more, nothing less. If u want even, just good, or ok service, Go elsewhere. This place doesn't provide. Don't even waste your time. Get the food and go !!. Run away! Far away. You can re-heat the pizza at home. Better service there. Someone needs to manage that place..
