Placed online order, got there and was told they aren't able to complete the order due to lack of ingredient despite the app showing the order is complete. They promised to quickly rearrange the glass, I waited 4 hours. They promised to re-glue the stickers carefully, but they did everything very poorly. They said it's your problem. I don't recommend going.

The location showed open 24 hours drive thru and 6am for the counter so I placed an online order for pick up at 6am. The order showed completed and my credit card got charged. I went to pick up the order at around 6:20 and waited at least 5 minutes. NO ONE was at the location to answer drive thru and give me my order. I need refund for my order. This wasted my time and I couldn’t give my kid breakfast as planned. I won’t trust the app and order online again without going to physical location.
Burger was good, but the guy at the drive thru didn't give me any napkins with my $13 burger order.
