Burger King - New Minas

As you would expect... Whopper meal was better than most because of lettuce and tomato on the burger, okay fries and drink but they didn't ask me for ketchup! Covid 19 lockdown clean and social distancing practiced.... but alas, no ketchup.

Megan on the drive-thru window is so kind and compassionate! (Not to mention her awesome tattoos) Give this woman a raise ASAP!!!!!!

I love burger king and this is the only one I've been to, the food is the best of any other fast food chain and they always get my order correct, it is more expensive than other fast food places but they use vegetables on the burgers and the double whopper is enormous.

Not so much a problem with service just price and management. Burger King has been advertising 2 original chicken sandwiches for $5 for quite some time now but that's never what you pay here. First it was 2 for $12, then it was 2 for $8, then it was 2 for $7, but now we're back to 2 for $12 even though the advertised price is still 2 for $5. I don't mind paying a little extra because this is a smaller market store but this is unacceptable. I guess I will take my business elsewhere, places that honour their advertised prices!

Tonight, my kids and I decided to go to Burger King for supper as a treat. When we walked in, the employee at the counter immediately asked me what I wanted, but I wasn't sure yet. I asked for a minute to decide, but after waiting for 8 minutes with no one coming to take our order, we decided to leave. Three employees came from the kitchen, punched something into the register, and didn't even acknowledge us before returning to the kitchen. Despite three other customers waiting in line behind us, no one attended to us. The lack of respect for our time was unacceptable. It would have been better if they had just informed us that someone would be with us shortly. In the end, we went to A&W instead and they will continue to get my business in the future.
