I've been dining at Rising Sun for years, and it has consistently been amazing. The portions are generous, and the flavors are bold. We usually get takeout, but we've dined in a few times. Our favorite is the sweet and sour chicken, which we prefer over the pork, and I absolutely love the Mongolian beef.
