We got home in just 20 minutes, and the food was delicious! We ordered the orange chicken and the General Tso's chicken, and it was one of the best Chinese delivery meals we've ever had! The fried rice was fantastic, packed with fresh ingredients and flavor, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. We also tried the pan-fried noodles, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. I experienced food poisoning after dining at this restaurant. When I reached out about my illness, they refused to refund or replace my order because I didn't return the food the following day. I picked up my meal at 8 PM and felt unwell before I even had time to digest it. I offered to bring back half of the food, but my request was met with shouting in the background. I typically don’t eat out often, but I had high hopes for the Eifooyoung, as it was a decent price, and the service was alright. Unfortunately, the food ended up being dry. My Mui Foo Young was particularly dry, with some burnt parts on the side. The shrimp fried rice was also dry and slightly undercooked. I had to endure a lot of discomfort and pain, likely due to poor hygiene practices—perhaps someone didn’t wash their hands or clean the wok properly. I wanted to ask for a replacement since my last experience was disappointing, but they didn't seem interested in giving me a second chance. The only positive was that the person who answered the phone was polite.

Unfortunately, the noodles were overly crispy and lacked flavor. However, they did add a nice crunch to the meal. Overall, we will definitely be ordering again—there's no need to go anywhere else!
Since I have toddlers, I wanted to try a variety of dishes for our first order to get a feel for the menu. We ordered Mongolian beef, a shrimp special with fried pork (which the kids would enjoy), a Pu Pu platter with fried chicken, rice, crab rangoon, and a few other items. I was feeling lazy and didn’t want to cook for the family tonight. I can honestly say I would order everything again – everything was cooked wonderfully, and I have no complaints. I do want to mention that it's tough for any place in Chinatown to compete with the delicious shrimp with fried pork rice that I ordered for my kids. They love shrimp and rice, so I thought it was a great choice for them, and after trying a few bites, I was really impressed. The Mongolian beef I ordered for myself was delightful, and the crab rangoon was among the best I've ever had – definitely in my top three. I have a friend from Japan who visits often, and the next time they come over, I won’t hesitate to order from Enlai for a nice meal together. While it may not be the absolute best restaurant in Chicago, they offer quality food at much lower prices compared to others. I would definitely recommend trying it out. My wife had initial concerns about the order process, but it turned out to be a perfect experience when we ordered in person.
