All I ordered... read more To be honest, I'm really frustrated with the drive-thru constantly telling me to pull up when there’s no one behind me, so I've stopped doing it. All I ordered was a concrete mixer, and the food in it tasted stale. The chocolate peanut butter cups were disappointing, and I ended up throwing it away.

However, I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for my order, w... read more I only have a 30-minute lunch break, so I placed an online order and arrived right on time. However, I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for my order, which was incorrect and missing several items. The staff was generally unhelpful, and there seemed to be a lot of blank stares all around. To make matters worse, I had to wait another 15 minutes for a refund, which I was told would take a few days to process. So, unfortunately, I had no lunch today—nor did my coworker, for whom I ordered. Thanks, Culver's.

When getting the food the young man basically threw the food in the car and didn’t say a word. Get home to find half of the order missing. First time I’ve ever put a bad review up in my life. But consumers beware this location is NOT GOOD. Other Culver’s locations are fine just not this one.
