We have driven from Shreveport to eat there before, but this time there was only one waitress, and the food was average at best and pricey. A real disappointment View all feedback.
Wonderful place to eat and view lovely lakeside landscape. Chef salad was enuf for three meals!! Hot rolls and butter was the sleeper on the menu. Brought to the table free, piping hot. Delicious.

Superb menu and hospitality! Visitors will love these beautiful historic treasures and gardens of the deep south. A Sunday drive after church services thru the sugar cane fields is just beautiful during the greens of Summer. And make sure to try the bread pudding and local roasted coffee before leaving. Bon Appétit!
Hands down one of the best places we've had lunch. The facility is beautiful, views are amazing with the old oaks and lake back drop. Service was friendly and pointed. Food yeast rolls are amazing!!! Seafood gumbo on point, the Turkey Sandwich and Muffaletta were delicious. Will certainly be back and recommending to anyone that is thinking of headed that direction.
Great place to enjoy a meal and the views. Prices are fair.
