Starbucks - New Hyde Park

Coffee is good, the baristas are always helpful and friendly. Only big issue with this place is the location. It's the only store left in an otherwise dead little strip mall, and the parking is pretty awful as well. Probably because it's located on the corner of two VERY busy roads.

Pretty busy location. Employees are nice but in a rush. The system needs to change. There are at least six employees and a mobile order took 25 minutes to complete. It's a bit stressful when I'm heading into work with a dark roast coffee and two sandwiches. Only issue. Updated: I ordered this time ahead of time. Waited twenty minutes. Showed up. Was told bar was closed for 20 minutes. So, we beat the previous record of waiting for 25 minutes. No apologies. Pretty terrible service.

So I just started coming to this Starbucks, my order could not be more simple. The first time they made it wrong I was very understanding, because I 've worked in the food business for six years I totally get it. The second time I was like its fine it happens. This is the third time I went in this week and once again they didn 't ring my order up right. It 's getting annoying, I worked at Starbucks for three years and I know how easy it is to put in I want 2 pumps of SF vanilla every time they don 't listen and I watch them make it wrong every time. I 'm not satisfied as a customer because they clearly do not listen, It 's just a 1% effort employees should have. 3 wrong orders in 1 week, idk.

Quick and efficient. Always had my drink ready to be picked up within the estimated window for your order to be ready. Great location however I feel they might close due to that store being the only one open in that plaza.

Cashier was ok at receiving the order. The Barista guy who made my mocha cookie crumble frappe didn?t care to mix the drink in steps and just threw everything into the blender with barely any cookie crumble or whipped cream and the balance of coffee and mocha was off, the Starbucks on 96st and Madison Ave rocks, New Hyde park step your service up. I felt like I just wasted $7 bucks now and I was craving this drink.
