I requested him to chop it finely, but after only a few seconds of chopping, it still had large chunks of chicken. The location in Roslyn is much better. Service: 1/5.

The restaurant has a spacious and inviting atmosphere, with plenty of seating options. The service was quick, and a friendly young man assisted me in preparing my salad. He informed me upfront that eggs, shrimp, and protein—essentially anything other than the four basic toppings—come with an additional charge, which I appreciated. I ended up ordering two salads and two seltzers, which I found unappetizing, and my total came to nearly $45. Unfortunately, the flavor of the salad didn't justify the high price. While they do offer a wide variety of dressings and toppings, it's ultimately up to you to determine if the cost of a salad is worth it.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on June 19, 2023, at 8 PM. The staff member seemed very rude and acted as if he owned the place, showing little respect for his job or for the customers. It appears I'm not the only one who has encountered this unprofessional behavior; he treated diners like cattle, yelling at us. Additionally, the salad I ordered was subpar, and the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than before. To top it off, the dining area closed an entire hour before the official closing time. I can understand if it were 5-10 minutes, but an hour is just excessive.

Ordered two salads from this location with dressing on the side and the orders arrived without any dressing! When you charge $20 for a bowl of salad, you should provide better food and service. Needless to say will never be ordering from Chopt again.Food: 1/5

The guy working is extremely rude and acts like he owns the place. 6/19/23 8PM. Has no regard for others and no respect for his job. Seems like I’m not the only one who had this experience with this worker. He treats you like cattle, yelling at you and unprofessional.Subpar salad. portions are much smaller than before and they get the proportions off. The dining area is closed an hour before closing, I understand 5-10 minutes but an hour..cmon.
