What Concepcion Ruecker likes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
The food was solid and standard chips. I saw a little short staff. Went to noon and there was only one seemingly new employee who made all orders and they seemed pretty slow. Found a bug crawling in my sofritas bowl. When I called the store they asked me to bring my entire order into the store. Got my refund though. Employees and customers not wearing masks. Employee hygiene was lacking. Place was busy but still, is that an acceptable excuse? View all feedback.
