This is truly the best Italian restaurant you'll find in Connecticut. The service is outstanding, the food is exceptional, and the prices are surprisingly affordable. You'll just wish you had come here earlier.
The atmosphere here is incredibly warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for families. I've never tasted lasagna this delicious, even during my time in award-winning restaurants. The food was exceptional, featuring a clean and bold flavor that impressed me greatly. It was a joy to converse with the family running the place, which enhanced the overall experience. It's been a long time since I felt such affection put into a dish. I absolutely recommend this restaurant!
Our waitress was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and accommodating. After our meal, we had a lovely chat with her about family, which added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. I will certainly be returning to Skappo and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a cozy setting with delicious Italian food.

Delicious! Highly recommend. The carbonara was peppery and delicious and the bolognese was very hearty and full of flavor. Figs and ricotta appetizers were delicious
