Wonderful tacos, by far the best I have had in New Haven. The salsa verde is incredibly fresh and all of my tacos were perfect. I especially recommend the carnitas tacos and the Al pastor. A must visit location for lovers of great Mexican View all feedback.
What Noel Salvador doesn't like about Taqueria Oyameles:
I had a steak burrito to go and the meat was average but not very tasty. My friend ordered tacos al pastor and she said they were good. The place has a couple of tables and some bottled and canned sodas. The price is on the higher end for the average quality grub. View all feedback.
If you want to taste happiness this is the place! So good! The house tacos Campechano are out of this world and have set a new bar for every taco joint ever. We drive quite a ways to eat here because it just can?t be beat! Omar and his team haveperfected the art of tacos. Don?t pass on the orange and green sauces because they are the topper to this perfection! Thank youOmar for cooking up happiness!!!

It was not worth it for a torta made of steak they added cheese and nothing else I also order rice with pork the pork taste old and it was so hard like it's being under heat for to long I oder 3tacos meat was bad I'm sorry for 60$was definitely toexpensive and the taste was like the food was old not fresh at all will never go there again ????
Simply excellent. An unprepossessing storefront but everything is hand-made to order and delicious. Well worth a detour.
Stopped by a while in New Haven. Did a Google search and this place popped up. Just by walking in, you can tell it's an authentic place. Food was great. Had enchiladas and birria tacos. Best tacos ever had anywhere
