What happened to Prakruti also happened to me. I ordered online to pick up at 8:25pm Dec 8. But when I arrived there they were already closed although the closed time was said to be 9pm Sunday. What was really frustrating was their rudeness. They simply ignored you without any attempt to explain. I immediately contacted their customer service but still no solution. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and most importantly, the made the sandwich the correct 'subway'-way that I (and most people) expect.
It's good. but I don't understand how people really have deep problems, what it looks like on the face. as if someone looks like they don't want to be there. if they were in school, they would look tired if they didn't want to be in school. or not? I'd just get my lunch and bounce. idc, what her expression is.
