I find that the chicken is quite good when it's fresh. The one thing about this establishment is the quality of the employees. Every time I've been here, the help has been less than helpful, but actually annoyed. I interrupted their day while on their cell phone. View all feedback.
Got home didn't have the right side or my drink had to go all the way back. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience
This is the best Popeyes I've ever been to! The staff is incredibly friendly and polite. They greeted me at the register with big smiles, and we even shared some genuine laughs. Their welcoming attitude and strong work ethic truly stand out. I highly recommend this location any day!
Ordered popcorn shrimp. Got just a box of crunchy crust. Not a shrink to be found. Waited forever at the drive thru. Poor customer service
I went in this location for the first time, manager and another gentleman was very nice and kind, very very helpful, I will definitely be returning and will recommend my friends and family to come to this location in New haven
