What User doesn't like about Jazzy's Cabaret:
we enjoyed our time at jazzy’s. the mood and atmosphere was fantastic. we loved the live music and the feeling around the venue. eating was a big failure. our two dishes were cold and took a long time to get out. the bbq jerk chicken and the salmon tasted both good taste, but there was both very cold together with ice cold rice. We have been to Jazzy’s before and really enjoyed it. The food and service was great. So we come back this time and the service was a bit overwhelmed or unorganized. The bar tender had to be a fill in because she struggled to find almost everything. The food was the usual very good but the appetizer came out at the same time as the main entree and within 10 minutes of ordering, perhaps sooner. ThT was too rushed and for no good reason that I could tell. We were staying for the karaoke night so there was no rush. That was the only disappointment we really had. We absolutely will go back and the karaoke was awesome!! I wished they wouldn’t wait so long between singers; too many DJ played songs between singers and not sure why, there was no shortage of very good singing talent. Jazzy’s might have just had a less than stellar night, I won’t hold it against them. Very nice place and fun!

Food was ok for me…husband left hungry, I didn’t eat my dish because it had ginger that was a listed ingredient because I wouldn’t have ordered. I was charged a 15% entertainment/event fee-there was no event just music playing, gave 20% tip. Place was ok, but not worth me going back.
This was my 2nd time dining at Jazzy's. The 1st time the food was delicious, but the service was prolonged, but the server was friendly and apologetic. The 2nd time the food was just mediocre, and service was still excruciatingly slow. We waited for 1 1/2 hours for our food. I wanted to have a better experience the 2nd time around because, overall, the staff was amiable, the food was good, and the ambiance and music, although a little loud, were on point. They need to work on being consistent with the quality of the food, and most importantly, the service is lacking severely. Waiting almost 2 hours to eat is unacceptable.
Great atmosphere and food. Enjoyed ourselves. Definitely will return.
