What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
I went to Dairy Queen on Westville Road. It was the worst burger I have ever had there. Did we change the burgers. It was superthin and reminded of the Sunrise burgers you buy in the frozen section. Everything else was great as well as the service. View all feedback.
Food was fine. Problem i have is this location does not use the mobile app. Couldnt redeem my points or use coupons because they are not equipped with scanners. Little frustrating.
We had lunch today (May 30th) and enjoyed the best meals and desserts we've ever experienced at this restaurant. The meal was on par with the best we've ever had at a Dairy Queen. A big shoutout to the team who prepared our lunch today!
Fantastic experience! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fresh and inviting. Prices are very reasonable, and the staff is both friendly and professional. I highly recommend giving them a try—you won’t regret it!
The meal deal is fantastic, but the quality of the food can vary. The chicken strips are consistently good, but I find the cheeseburgers can be a bit hit or miss.
**Parking:** There are plenty of parking spaces available, along with several picnic tables for enjoying the nice weather.
