I wanted to take a picture of the amazing burger I had, but I couldn't resist diving in. The staff were also very friendly and nice. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This was the first visit in several years due to being such a terrible visit last time, we thought worth another visit as we have family staying in the hotel, w... read more This was the first visit in several years due to being such a terrible visit last time, we thought worth another visit as we have family staying in the hotel, what an utter disappointment. So I will give them that the staff were polite and friendly enough. We ordered food, when it came out, half of it was cold, the missed a meal and side completely, and they brought out the wrong meal to what was ordered. I personally had the worst meal, I opted for the BBQ Jack Burger, first it was the wrong burger, it came out as a Bacon cheeseburger, with only I piece of bacon, the chips portion was smaller then my daughters child’s portion of chips and a missing side dish that I ordered. After raising my issue of wrong burger, they brought out the missing ingredients rather them making it correctly that I’d expect. I’d like to point out I don’t eat raw onions, I have a stomach issue but love cooked onions, and this burger was ment to be made grilled onions according to there menu, but the pot of ingredients they brought out was just raw onions mixed with bbq sauce, not exactly what I was expecting. Overall the only thing I enjoyed from this cost was the fact they serve Thatchers haze at the bar, otherwise I do not recommend this establishment to anyone, and to be affiliated to a premier I would have thought they would have higher standards.
