Oliver - New Forest

We had a time off of oliver's last week, which was delivered to our house. the meal was delicious, but we were charged £1 for delivery when on their website it is advertised as a free delivery on orders over £15 within 2 miles radius. I checked the bill later and saw that we had been charged £1 for delivery, although the meal was over £15. because we only live about half a mile away, I telephoned to question this and was said because the price for benzin all had risen now £ 1 for delivery was calculated. it doesn't matter to pay £1, but I should have told myself if I ordered the food and they shouldn't advertise the free delivery on their website anymore. we have often used them in pastness and never complained. therefore I give them only 4

These chinese were recommended to us although others said it was only “OK” the website for this site says they are open until 11.00 clock and it is called “Feel free to browse our online menu, unfortunately at this time they can not order online, but call...us on xxxx for collection or home delivery”. it also means that lunch can only be ordered by phone. So we arrived late on the last Saturday for a week holiday and went about 10 o'clock to order food for the six of us. my man went in with our command. “No, they cannot order personally,” he said, “just by phone”. That's not what they say. So he went and stood outside and arranged the restaurant. he could hear the phone ring and the girl stood right next to him – ignored it. he arranged a few times more and the third time the message changed to “We are now closed”. this was nowhere near 11.00 clock and it was a Saturday night. what a terrible disregard for customers. a great thank you to china at lees, who took over our order and that eating was very good.

. I had better! while I stayed in the opposite, I was looking for a takeaway with good reviews. it was a bit disappointed to be honest. very average eating. the fat in the friteuse needs to change desperately as the bangs were a very dirty yellow!

I went down here by default and I am so glad we did. one of the best Chinese takeaways I've ever had.

Staying in local area and looking for a takeaway. Googled for a Chinese and found Oliver. Fantastic service, delivery time and excellent taste. In fact best Chinese we have had in a long time. Highly recommend.
