We found booked for a Tuesday night. the menu is a taste amplifier of 4, 6 or 8 curses. the 6 cursor was exceptional and everyone was unknown at the beginning.... read more We found booked for a Tuesday night. the menu is a taste amplifier of 4, 6 or 8 curses. the 6 cursor was exceptional and everyone was unknown at the beginning. the coworkers explained every cure arrived at him, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. a relaxed environment with a lot of time between every delightful cure. a wee pairing is offered, although we decided to wee through the glass. every cursor was a taste experience on itself. the small things like the beautiful plates and the presentation of the cutlery added to the quality of the setting. the overall experience was exceptional. david wykes and his team offer the best food we ever had in a fish restaurant. definitiw a five-star experience

I can't say what my favourite dish was, they all had a twist of one kind and everyone was a crowded one. we will definitely come back!

Eat was absolutely excellent while we had a mango shot with a twist, followed by a basil and comté cheese waffel with crispy wobble as free amuse bouche. both had the smoked salmon that there was plenty and it was just delicious! seabass and Norwegian cod for both excellent garnishing. difficult to mistake any part of the experience, we will definitely return!
