I love this little café in New Farm! Everything is made fresh on-site, and the menu offers great options for everyone. The dishes are healthier versions of the comfort food we all grew up with, so keep that in mind when ordering. They may not taste exactly like the originals, but that's part of their charm, and it ultimately comes down to personal preference. I always make it a point to visit whenever I'm in Brisbane... What User doesn't like about Mylk Ko:
The veggie delight was quite small and disappointing in terms of flavor. For $19, I expected a generous bowl full of greens, packed with cauliflower and broccoli, but that wasn’t the case. The falafel was bland and crumbled completely. View all feedback.
I really adore this quaint café in New Farm. Everything is made fresh on-site, and the menu offers fantastic choices for everyone! The dishes are healthier interpretations of some of the nostalgic treats we grew up with, so keep that in mind when placing your order! While they might not taste exactly the same, that’s part of their charm, and it ultimately comes down to personal preference. I always make sure to stop by on my visits to Brisbane from Melbourne!
I visited this cafe for the first time this morning and was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I walked into the dining area, I asked for a table, and the service was incredibly friendly, including the chef behind the counter. I inquired about croissants, and they told me they had just come out of the oven—what a lucky find! I ordered a plain croissant with jam and butter, along with a flat white. I didn't check the coffee's brew type, but it was bold and aromatic. The croissant was definitely the star of the meal; paired with the homemade jam, this light breakfast gets a big thumbs up from me!
This charming cafe in New Farm offers a range of organic and diet-friendly options, all set in a modern, stylish atmosphere. I tried the acai bowl, which was expertly blended and came with generous servings of granola and fruit. The pumpkin fritters were quite large—definitely a hearty meal for those with big appetites! I highly recommend the fresh orange and turmeric juice for a delightful and refreshing boost that pairs perfectly with the nutritious food. Prices are reasonable, and I appreciated the portion sizes. Everything was beautifully presented. As for the avocado smash, it could benefit from an extra kick, perhaps with some dukkah or an additional spice to elevate it to an outstanding dish.
