What User doesn't like about Spare Rib Xpress:
I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the food. I ordered the jumbo fried shrimp platter and it was terrible. The baked potato was supposed to come with butter and sour cream, but it did not. The Caesar salad was warm and tasted bad. I paid a total of $60 and will not be ordering from here again. Eating looked great, but taste terrible! The first and last time there. Ribs were dry without taste. The sauce smells good, but again it had no taste. The broccoli had red paprika and carrots in it, but Blande. The Caribbean wings taste like baked wings without taste. Customer service was great!
I ordered 150 wings yesterday for the Jones vs Tyson fight, they were good and hot and were ready on time for the pick up. My only complaint is that I was still charged $4.50 for some blue cheese and ranch. Like are you serious....150 wings and I paid in advance and I still had to paid for dipping sauce that is ridiculous. The sauce should've been complimentary especially becuase I ordered such a large amount.
I'm a chef, tonight I have the worst ribs I have ever had. I ordered a full rack of ribs and I only got 6 ribs bones, a full rack of ribs are 12 to 13 bones, so I paid $20 for a half a rack of ribs. The ribs were so dry and burnt, they were nasty. If I could have gave no stars I would have... And then they drowned it with sauce so you couldn't see it was burnt... 0 stars..... Look at all the reviews, the owner only answers the good reviews..... What's up with that ????? Let's make it a -5 stars........ Went down hill from when they opened....
