Pizza Hut - New Castle

Absolutely terrible online menu. The cheese fries were rushed, resulting in undercooked potatoes that turned soggy by the time they arrived. If you cover fries without any ventilation, they’re bound to get soggy. The chicken tenders were cheap and overcooked. As for the cheesesteak, it was very light for the price and far too salty. I would never expect a cheesesteak sub to be served without the usual lettuce and tomato. The "garden sub" was a complete surprise—it was nothing but an ordinary cheesesteak sub, which I mistakenly thought would be a vegetarian option with no meat. When I called to address these issues, there was no effort to resolve them; I was simply told, "That's what you got." Please, save your money and go somewhere else like 3 Countries or Porto Fino's, where the customer service is excellent and the food is far superior.

My order was messed up, and when I asked for a replacement, I was told no! I spend a lot of money here every month, and I'm disappointed that they couldn't resolve my $10 issue.

Great restaurant with friendly staff! The cheese could have been a bit more melted, but there were plenty of delicious toppings and the crust was excellent. The prices are very reasonable as well.

The special stromboli was the best I've ever had. I will definitely order again!

Charged 50 cents for pickles on a sandwich... I can understand being charged if I asked for extra.. this wasn't a extra request ... if you get a sandwich and ask for pickles... you get pickles... NO CHARGE!!
