Mcdonald's - New Castle

The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very helpful during our visit. I found that breakfast is always better than the lunch menu.

I just came to this location for my doordash order waited 10 min before I saw the order pop up on the screen in the part the shows the orders that are now being served. I waited for another 5 minutes then asked the guy that was serving the doordash orders about my order he said they don't have it. Another dasher was standing there and he then said how can they not have your order when they just moved your order to the screen that says it's now being served. The manager was contacted by doordash and her lied and told them he already gave the order to the dasher and I'm standing in the store. I'm talking about the flamboyant manager with white/ blond hair with the attitude that doesn't know how to speak to people including the workers. Then while on doordash reporting the issue I'm being called by another doordash worker asking about the order. When I never received the order from the McDonald's. Get y'all act together. It'd bad on a dasher when y'all mess up the orders y'all are serving and blame it on other people n lie.

It is one of the worse McDonalds I have been in. I could tolerate the bad staffing and being looked down by the color of my skin. However, the food itself was unreasonably bad, it taste awful. You will be disgusted if you saw the preparation of your meals.Please do yourself a favor and go to other McD. There are decent McDonald around the area.Do not pollute your precious body with toxic service and disgusting preparation. You might end up finding hairs in your food.

I really enjoyed the sausage burrito; it was delicious. My family loves the big breakfast with the hotcakes and bacon, along with the egg and McGriddle meal. Everything was great!

The settings of the driving thru lady was only ignorant and unrespectful. I don't come to this place, it'll be my first and last time....Food was okay....We gave up our order. she starts talking to the employees for 5 minutes. then back to us. with an employment and then became angry because they put the wrong objects into play and had to consider. I do not recommend this place
