Kings Family Restaurants - New Castle

I would give 5 stars if we had shay as a waitress(she was leaving as we pulled in) yesterday when we went around 1. They were not even busy (maybe 5-6 tables with people) and food took forever to get out and didn’t even bring syrup for my boyfriend when he got pancakes. Shouldn’t have to ask for it. He wanted more water and pop but she barely came near table. Kept apologizing. When we were there a few ago and they were much busier we had shay and it was a good experience. We ask for her every time if she’s working.

We had good breakfasts.Waitress Ashley was helpful.

Had a late lunch.... early dinner food is ALWAYS good there Becky my server was very attentive and nice.... she ALWAYS is Thank You Have a safe and Happy New Year

Great service (Thank you, waitress Sara. Had Cobb salad. Larry had large with French dressing. I had a small Cobb salad and their tremendous Broccoli Cream soup ... my favorite. Coffee with Turner's cream cups and/or milk. Clean. Friendly. Helpful. Food is fresh and good.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in New Castle. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in town.
