Was asked to leave at 7:30 pm due to restaurant manager request. Was told the restaurant was carryout and pick up only. Friend was sitting in restaurant for 30 minutes eating before my arrival, order, and seating. Was told the door sign said carry-outonly. This was not the case. The sticker on the door merely advertised for pickup and carry-out. View all feedback.
I've attempted to visit this restaurant three times now, and this time I decided to drive up to the window. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude. She claimed that we weren't detected by her sensor and maintained a condescending attitude, as if we were bothering her while she had nothing to do—there wasn't a single customer in the drive-through or inside the restaurant. I went ahead and placed my order; the food was decent, but I felt so disrespected that I called corporate, only to find out they were closed. I plan to call again Monday morning. KFC really needs to pay attention to these reviews and reconsider who they have working for them, especially since so many people are complaining about the same manager!

The food was enjoyable, but it seems the manager believes they are not yet ready to allow indoor dining. We've traveled up and down the coast over the past few days, and this was the only place where we couldn't eat inside. Does anyone keep up with the news? Where is the owner, aside from trying to save a few dollars? It's time to look for better options.
I visited this restaurant on November 23, 2022, at 5:15 PM, a time when you'd expect the food to be fresh and hot—unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I ordered an 8-piece family meal of chicken tenders because my 83-year-old father has difficulty chewing. Everything was satisfactory except for the chicken, which was cold and as hard as a rock. This isn't the first time I've experienced this, but it will definitely be the last. I'm done with this place! When I called the manager to express my complaint, she was extremely rude, which was the final straw for me.
I noticed many negative reviews for this KFC and I wish I had checked them before going. The drive-thru took a long time, and the person taking my order seemed very unfriendly and rude. All I wanted was a Chicken Little, and being told that I couldn't have lettuce or cheese on my sandwich was just ridiculous! I would rather drive 75 miles to the Georgetown KFC where the service is better, the wait is shorter, and they allow me to add cheese to my chicken sandwich. I didn't even finish my order because of how rude the order taker was, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.
